Our Presenters:
Vicki Kampmeier, SPHR
Vicki is a results oriented leader with over 20 years of progressive, broad-based management experiences. She currently leads the human resource, training and administration functions for TDS's Corporate office in Middleton and is responsible for all aspects of the employee life cycle. TDS is the parent company of US Cellular, TDS Telecom, TDS Metrocom and Suttle-Straus.

Previously, Vicki was the Regional Human Resource Manager for US Cellular's Midwest Region supporting 1500 employees in five states. She lives with her husband in McFarland and spends the majority of her free time watching her active teenage sons playing sports.

Alex Chudnovsky
Alex has been involved in Human Capital Management for over 6 years, with a primary focus on compensation and incentive planning. He has managed and implemented a number of large scale initiatives at Global 2000 Companies. He is currently working with Softscape in the Senior Applications Consultant role, covering West Coast and Midwest Territories. Alex specializes in assisting companies with the implementation of performance management and compensation strategies.
